Since we deliver consumable products, like pet food, to your door, we are considered an essential business by the Federal government. Our entire supply chain falls into this same category – ingredient suppliers, manufacturers, UPS and all of the vendors involved in making or delivering our products. The President issued this updated Coronavirus Guidance for America:
“If you work in a critical infrastructure industry, as defined by the Department of Homeland Security, such as healthcare services and pharmaceutical and food supply, you have a special responsibility to maintain your normal work schedule.”
As you can see, we are being asked to remain open, which we will do.
Inventory Is Flowing
Weeks ago, we began ordering extra inventory. Trucks are rolling in regularly and we continue to work closely with our suppliers to keep ahead of demand. With multiple shipping locations and customer care centers across the country, plus long-term relationships with our vendors, we are prepared to continuously serve you.

As a courtesy to your fellow customers, please do not buy more than you need. We do not anticipate any shortage, but over-buying could strain our system and leave others without products unnecessarily.
